Let’s get started

How It Works

Step 1

Get In Touch

First things first, get in touch using my contact form and we can start to discuss your project. We’ll nail down exactly what you’re looking for along with location, prices and timelines.

Step 2

Contract and Deposit

Once you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll take a 40% deposit to secure the booking and we’ll also get all the paperwork sorted and signed.

Step 3

The Photo Shoot

This is when the magic happens. We’ll meet as arranged and run through our project brief to capture all the images required and in our allotted time.

Step 4

Finishing up

I’ll invoice you for the remainder of your project fee and set to work editing all your images. You’ll then get to select your final images from my online, curated gallery.

Let’s get the ball rolling

FAQ’s

I offer 3 different brand photo packages.

  • Brand Portrait
  • Small Brand Package
  • Large Brand Package

Check out my Prices & Packages page for more info.

You can pay by bank transfer, card payment or cash. whichever is more convenient for you.

Remember, I charge a 40% deposit to secure your booking which is non-refundable if you change your mind.

The remainder of the fee is payable after the day of the shoot but before I edit your images for the gallery.

I’ll do my best to accommodate any requestd changes to times and dates as long as those requests are made at least 5 days prior to the shoot date.

I will not be able to accommodate changes made within 5 days of the shoot date. In these circumstances your deposit will be forfeit and a new 40% deposit will be required to book your project in again.

Depending on your business and the type of services you provide, it can be helpful to have someone to act as a client in your photographs.

This could be a friend, family member, colleague or even a client who’s willing to be included in your photographs.

Whoever is included would need to complete a model release form. This basically sets out any renumeration they’ll receive, confirms they’re happy to participate and have their photo taken and also that they understand what the images will be used for.

I get it, you’ve tried taking photos in your workspace before and they never come out Insta friendly.

Don’t worry about, all we really need is a decent amount of natural light coming into the room.

Sure we might have to move some stuff around to get great shots, but that’s why you’re booking your photo project with a professional.

I’m based in Glasgow, Scotland but also travel!

If your session location is outside a 30 mile radius of Glasgow then a travel fee will also be charged.

The exact fee will depend on time and location.

We’re looking to create authentic, natural brand photographs, so, in general, stick to the type of clothes you would actually wear in your practice.

It’s always a good idea to have a few changes of clothes with you so we can try different options to see what works best.

Definitely avoid clothing with patterns, strips and brand logos – keep it simple.

I get it you’re excited to see your images after your photo shoot but it takes a little time to edit and create your gallery.

I usually try and send you a sneak peek photo within 48 hours of your shoot.

Your gallery will be ready within 2 weeks but usually much sooner, because damn I want to see your photos too!

This will depend on the package you choose.

Your gallery will include a selection of images for your to select and choose your final images from.

Me too, I hate having my photo taken so I really do understand.

The great thing about documentary-style photography is we’re photographing you in your element, doing the thing you’re passionate about.

There’s none of those stiff poses!

Remember, I work in the wellness industry too and I love to find out all about what you do and how you do it.

So, we’ll chat, you can show me what you do and we’ll get to know each other – the photos, they’ll come naturally whilst we’re doing all of that.

You’re welcome to have other people around on the day of your shoot, it’s your photo shoot after all.

But, keep in mind having others around can end up being more of a distraction than a help and too many distractions means less photos taken in our allotted shooting time.
