Hi, I’m Trevor
Documentary, lifestyle and storytelling photographer based in Scotland and working across The UK and Europe.

I’m drawn to capturing real moments rather than perfect images. I photograph people, places and details as they are – natural, unposed and alive.
Photography has always been a part of my life. My Dad was a photographer and by the time I got given my first hand-me-down camera, I’d already been lugging gear, loading film, and helping to develop prints in the darkroom.
This early home-schooling in photography taught me more than technical skills, it shaped the way I see the world: always watching for shifting patterns of light, or the way shadows fall, and how even the smallest movement or gesture can reveal so much about a person.
My images are raw and full movement, emotion, blur and haze. I love deep shadows, bursts of light, muted tones, soft halation, and often let sunlight spill across the frame.
I shoot both 35mm film and digital – whichever suits the story, mood and aesthetic best. Whatever camera I’m using, my focus is always on capturing real moments before they slip away unnoticed and forgotten.
